Thunar is opening all folders BUT different FileMan is set as "Preferred"

Description

places-plugin used is 1.2 My Preferred file manager is PCManFM. I have tested "exo-open" in the shell and it is opening PCManFM, The AppMenu-plugin is also doing this right.
