Allow multiple Notes-plugins with unique settings

I'd like to have multiple Notes-plugins in the panel with unique settings (mostly background color).
Just allowing one plugin would work, if you could control group background colors separately. With this arrangement I hope the groups could be controlled better: the most important thing would be to remember group "state" (hidden/visible) when you click the panel icon to hide/unhide the notes. (This could actually be its own bug...) Also hiding/unhiding groups should probably be easier, if the states are not reset to "visible" when you hide and unhide the notes.
