Feature request: add --toggle option to xfce4-popup-notes

Currently I've associated xfce4-popup-notes with a keyboard shortcut. I'm aware that Esc and Alt+F4 can be used to close the notes, but still, it would be nice if we could use the same shorcut both to open and to close the notes.
