Highlight https: and ftp: links

Description

In version 1.7.7 only links with http scheme are highlighted. It would be great to have same highlight mechanism for https: and ftp: links.

GRbit submitted a patch:

I've never before write in vala, I've never before write any GTK apps, but I want https:// and ftp:// links in notes
