Allow user set reported value in KB or MB

Description
When "Present data as" is selected as "Values", allow the user a choice of value scales. Example: KB or MB.
Presently, the plugin changes scale from KB to MB as needed. This works fine as an "dynamic" scale choice.
Allow the user to keep the scale set to their choice of KB or MB. (Or Kb, Mb if "Show values as bits" is checked.)
