Change ".... not connected ?" to "... not connected?"

Description

Maybe change: ".... not connected ?"

To: "... not connected?"

Apart from a comment Xfce translation files seems to not use space before a "?" and this string seems to be the only one with four "."'s so maybe its a mistake.

Or maybe write something else since it might not help the user much asking the question.
