Please, add to mount-plugin auto-filtering mount points, without user permissions

Description

Currently used xfce-extra/xfce4-mount-plugin-0.6.4 by default displays all mount pounts, listed in /etc/fstab. But most of them (/usr, /var, /home) couldn't be mounted (and umounted) by odrinar, unprivilledged user. So I need in rather long mountpoing-exclude list.

I find it very pretty, if mount-plugin, following Thunar, will display not all mount points, but only those of them, which containg 'user' option. Also, please note bug #10154 (i.e. differ 'user' meaning user-allowed mount and 'user=username' options).
