"Refresh" on symbol click

Description

This is about "1.2.0-2+b2" on Debian GNU/Linux unstable. Your bug-tracker doesn't offer this version.

When clicking (with left) on the symbol in the panel there should be done a "refersh" of all mailboxes.

Of course this should be configurable by the gui. Currently there is only the possibility to give an "external program" when clicking on the symbol.
