mailwatch plugin does not work with POP3 server that is not CAPA capable

Hi,

a debian user reported that mailwatch plugin didn't work with POP3 not CAPA capable. I don't really know what it is, but it seems it should work :)

The user posted a patch which seem to fix the problem but I can't comment on it, so I thought I would ask you :)

Patch is attached (not really good looking but one can see the point at least :) )
