* add support for displaying the mailbox name and a timestamp in the message
  log.
* add pref for # of lines to remember in the log before discarding old
  messages.
* add a bunch of logging messages to the IMAP and POP3 protocols.
* make liberal use of GError in the xfce_mailwatch_net_() functions.
* cleanup some pixbuf-related stuff.
* probably other stuff i can't remember.
