Allow ordering of app indicators (currently they are grouped, no way to change)

Enhancement:
Allow individual apps in the 'Application Indicators' part to be ordered around.
Current behavior:
Cannot do this.

Steam lands in the middle of the nm-applet indicator and Sound indicator:
