Tooltip does not appear in some cases
Description
Tooltip does not appear on mouse over the plugin text when "Period" is < 0,50
Steps to reproduce
- Create file that contains code from Script example
- Add Generic Monitor to the panel
- Open plugin Properties
- Add file path to the earlier created script
- Change period to 0,25
- Press Save button
Expected result
Tooltip will appear on mouse over the plugin text
Actual result
Tooltip does not appear on mouse over the plugin text
