"Adjust this command" / "Synchronize with this command" labels misleading

I admit that English isn't my first language but I found the current labels in the setting dialog incomprehensible. Could you consider using something more straightforward, like "Command to get value" and "command to set value"?

While at it, the tooltips could also clarify how the commands are run, in particular if they are spawned via shell or if you need to explicitly do sh -c "..." for more powerful syntax.
