[feature request] make the time configurable until the list of opened instances disappear

When I hover with my mouse pointer over an icon that is pinned to dock, I get a list of all opened instances of this programme. When I move my mouse pointer out of this list, the list disappears.

But the list does not disappear immediately. It takes 1 second for the list to disappear. I would prefer when the list would disappear immediately.

This is a friendly feature request to make this configurable via setting window.

Maybe this could also made configurable?
