Minimizing and maximizing when "Focus follows mouse" is enabled

If "Focus follows mouse" is enabled in the Window Manager settings of Xfce, and you click on a icon on the taskbar, it will minimize and maximize the window a few times but after that it will stay minimized even if you click on the icon.
