Window lists remain open, don't close, or popup in the wrong spot when .desktop files reload

• Pin Konsole and close all Konsole windows.
• Click Konsole, and keep your mouse cursor over the Konsole icon so the list of Konsole windows appears. Konsole automatically triggers a .desktop file reload for some reason.
• Wait for the active indicator to disappear (when the .desktop files reload).

The hover list of open Konsole windows will either remain open, or disappear and reappear in the wrong spot.

I'm not sure if there's other causes (other than reloading .desktop files) triggering the same symptoms.
