xfce4-datetime-plugin could display user calendar

Description

The xfce4-datetime-plugin is a great panel applet. The Gnome panel calendar applet is its Gnome counterpart which does mostly the same thing, but can display the user's calendar pulled from Evolution's data server. The xfce4-datetime-plugin would be great if it could do the same. It might also be useful if the database coupling was abstracted so that the user could select from several different types of supported data sources, among which Evolution.
