Display multiple timezones

Description

It would be great if multiple timezones could be displayed in an integrated manner (I wouldn't consider orage's globaltime to be integrated in a user-friendly way).

This could be tastefully done like the application "gsimplecal". (You'd probably want a GUI tool for configuring this, but to me that's not essential.)

Instead of in the datetime-plugin, this could also be done in the clock-plugin. (But I would prefer it in datetime, because that would be the one-stop for all my date/time needs!)

OT: This is the last issue that is blocking our deployment of XFCE4.
