Show complete history button on non en_US opens the settings window

Description

Tested this on 1.6.1 on Manjaro.

xfce4-clipman-plugin's menu item "Show full history" just opens settings window, but not history window. It probably happens only on non en_US systems, on en_US it looks to work correctly.
