Do not purge .cache/xfce4/clipman upon disabling history until user closes the settings menu

Do not purge .cache/xfce4/clipman upon toggling "Remember history" switch until user closes the settings menu. This would conflict with other settings that apply immediately, but that particular setting is destructive and should be treated accordingly imo
