If Properties dialog open, impossible to open About dialog

How to reproduce:

• Right click the icon and open the battery plugin properties dialog
• Right click the icon, the properties entry is grayed and its ok!, click about.

-> the focus is given to properties dialog, about not open (or invisible?)

v 1.1.3 and xfce4-battery-plugin-1.1.4

Nota:

• The opposite work (first open about, then properties)
• This behavior can be reproduced at least with wisher menu and timer plugins.
