[Feature request] High percentage level and action

It would be great to have an optional High percentage indicator:

• High percentage value, in the "Levels and actions" options
• Added with High percentage action + command.
• If the battery is Charging AND battery levels > "High percentage value", then trigger the action

This would allow users to better manage their battery , as leaving the battery plugged above some thresholds is not ideal for Li-Ion.

Note: I would personally put High percentage value = 80%, to get a warning message.
