Investigate scale handling on startup

Andre reported that his laptop gets configured with a 1.25 scale when the external monitor isn't plugged in. For monitors not in the Default monitor profile, xfwl4 will try to guess a decent scale factor based on the DPI of the monitor.

But xfsettingsd should then apply the correct/full display profile, but for some reason it isn't? Unclear what's going on here.
