Configuring meson with option -D clutter-gdk=disabled still requires cogl/clutter.

The build option for meson -D clutter-gdk=disabled still requires cogl and clutter. I know clutter support makes xfdashboard to look really pretty, but since cogl/clutter development is dead (and archived) for (almost) 3 years (Aug 25, 2022), major distributions are avoiding building with clutter support if possible to eventually retire cogl/clutter (currently I'm trying to retire cogl/clutter from my Linux distribution repos, being xfdashboard the last remaining package requiring cogl/clutter).
