[Hot corner] Allow instantaneous activation

Hello! I come from GNOME and really like xfdashboard and the hot corner plugin. Though the lowest settings (100ms) still feels too slow for me. I often have to move my mouse to the corner twice because it doesn't activate for the first time. If it can be done to bring the minimum timeout duration to a lower value (15ms or even 0ms), that'll be great!
