Add SUSE Linux theme for background/foreground

Created attachment 9363 xfce4-terminal.patch
The xterm included in SUSE Linux used to look great right from the very beginning (version 4.4.1 is the oldest copy I was able to find), until someone mindlessy broke the look a couple of years ago.
Provide the look as a theme in xfce4-terminal.
