Padding/empty space around terminal content

Hi team,

on one of my devices running XFCE I have noticed a bit of empty space, like a sort of padding, around the terminal with XFCE 4.18 and xfce4-terminal 1.1.3. It's particularly noticeable at the bottom when using an application with a bottom menu bar like vim or byobu. Here are some screenshots:

This is the "regular" offset I always see. Sometimes only the bottom offset gets even bigger though and looks like this:

Currently, I have no idea what causes this bigger offset. I can resize the empty space to its "normal size" using the cell spacing reset button in preferences but I never managed to fix/remove the space entirely.

I'm using zsh and byobu with tmux backend but I'm seeing the same problem when exiting the byobu/tmux session.

This is all on my notebook; on my desktop system running the same versions of XFCE and xfce4-terminal I can't reproduce this problem. There is a tiny offset too but it's so small that one really has to look for it. I couldn't find any xfce4-terminal config differences between the two systems. Both systems are running EndeavourOS based on Arch.

I'll gladly supply any further debug info or perform tests. Before creating this issue, I found #277 but I'm not sure if it's describing this issue because the description seems much more specific.

Thank you for your great work on XFCE!
