neomutt(1) and mutt(1) backspace for going up one line doesn't work anymore

Hi,

I've upgraded today my Debian Sid machine, and now I can't press backspace in mutt(1) or neomutt(1) while reading a message to go up one line.

This still works in xterm(1), but is broken in xfce4-terminal(1), which has been upgraded.

$ xfce4-terminal --version | head -n1
xfce4-terminal 1.1.3 (Xfce 4.18)
