[FEATURE RequesT] Scroolbar on Both Sides

I will be simple simple and direct in the request.

Terminal Prefences > General > Scrolling > Scrollbar is: > On both sides

I think this feature it would be a big help. Sometimes the cursor is near of one side and the scrollbar is on the other side and I have to move the cursor across the entire screen to get there. I think this feature could be a big help.
