"Allow inhibiting shortcuts" dialog keeps poping up when in drop-down mode on Gnome Wayland

Hello.

While using xfce4-terminal in quake (drop-down) mode, a dialog appears for short amount of time and disappears:

I'm using Gnome with Wayland. Only for this app this kind of dialog keeps popping up. I'm can't click allow/deny because it appears for really short when terminal loses focus.

However, this dialog doesn't appear when I press custom shortcut (F12) which hides/shows terminal without showing this dialog.

If there is any way to prevent this dialog, I would be glad to know.
