GTK+3 behaves differently than GTK+2

Description

While attempting to find out whether Bug 9712 occurs with xfce4-taskmanager GTK+3.

While "Show full command lines" is unchecked: GTK+2: Liferea GTK+3: liferea (notice case)

This occurs with more entries than just Liferea.
