Refresh rate should be an editable field, not a drop down list

Please make the refresh rate option an editable field, not a drop down list.

Rationale: people may want to refresh the process list at intervals other than you have specified.

If this is to be implemented, please add a warning if the user enters a value between 0 and 99ms because it may slow down the system considerably.
