"Refresh rate" is not translated correctly in ja.po : 感覚->間隔

In ja.po, the translation for "Refresh rate (ms):" is "リフレッシュ感覚 (ミリ秒):", but that is not correct.

The actual translation for it is "リフレッシュ間隔 (ミリ秒):".
