Red label color of memory difficult to see in dark themes

I've tried various dark themes (Adwaita-dark, Arc-Dark and Greybird-dark) and the red label color of memory usage is difficult to see.

As it is present in all dark themes, I presume it is an upstream problem, but have filed it against Greybird-dark as well, just in case. https://github.com/shimmerproject/Greybird/issues/281
