Only the top left 1/4 of the screen is captured when hiDPI mode is enabled in Kali linux

The X and Y values of a screenshot are exactly half the screen resolution with hiDPI enabled and choosing to capture "entire screen". If I turn hiDPI off, behavior is normal. If I choose to select an area to capture, and drag to select the whole screen, the whole screen is captured. This issue was not present on screenshooter 1.9.9, and began immediately after upgrading to 1.9.10. A friend of mine on Kali is also having the same problem after the upgrade.
