Allow the option "Capture the mouse pointer" to be selected when "Select a region" is selected

The current behavior is to grey out the "Capture the mouse pointer" checkbox when the "Select a region" radio button is selected.

I have a use case for this. I want to screenshot a region after 3 seconds, giving me time to click on a html element to show the options and have my pointer included in the screenshot.

The workaround is to screenshot the entire screen with the mouse pointer checkbox checked and then open the screenshot to crop it with another software.
