Make 'open with...' dropdown editable

Description

The 'open with' dropdown doesn't appear to be editable by the user (docs for this app are scarce). It would be nice if these options were auto-populated into an editable file so users could change them, e.g.: mail recipient - I don't have one I don't think imagemagik - never use, not sure it's even installed firefox - not sure what that would do gimp - recent move to flatpak (https://www.gimp.org/downloads/) means old gimp install has to be removed. Flatpak doesn't replace it directly so this option remains but leads nowhere & one can't replace it. Which is a shame.

Just realised that v1.9.5 is out & I'm 1.8.2 - haven't seen this anywhere other than bug file pre-submission info so maybe that could be improved in the docs or something, in case various bugs have been resolved and features added?
