[Feature Request] Allow switching keyboard layouts from the lock screen

Description
We got a bug report that a user cannot unlock their screen if the switched their keyboard layout prior to the screen being locked.
For usabilities sake it would be nice to have the possibility to switch the keyboard layout from the lockscreen similar to how it is on lightdm login screen.
