The actual screensaver is not stopped when the monitor power management kicks in

E.g. floaters continue running when the the monitor gets turned off.

This is a bug, all the screensavers must be stopped (SIGSTOP or whatever) to reduce totally unnecessary power consumption.

I'm using xfce4-screensaver-4.16.0-4.fc36.x86_64
