Suggestion: add Vista-style app button support

There are 2 related projects which add Vista-style icons to the XFCE panel.

One is called "Docklike-taskbar":

https://gitlab.xfce.org/panel-plugins/xfce4-docklike-plugin

The other is DockbarX. The original is dormant:

https://github.com/M7S/dockbarx

But there's at least one more active fork:

https://github.com/xuzhen/dockbarx

Different Xfce distros use one or the other; Asmi Debian uses DockbarX, ZorinOS Lite and MX Linux use Docklike-Taskbar.

This plugin means Xfce can look and work more like Windows Vista/7/10/11 than the default Window-buttons control and I think would enhance Xfce's appeal.

For Panel-profiles it could make a good clear difference between "Redmond" and "Redmond 7". I suggest "Redmond 98" and "Redmond 7" or something like that.
