Panel profiles app does not have entry for default xubuntu 19.10 setup

I changed the Panel Profile to Redmond and XFCE 14.14 but could not find the entry for xubuntu 19.10

Used the xubuntu 18.04 one... maybe an entry for 19.10 could be added to the list.
