1.0.11 release does not install: wrong README filename

install README /tmp/z//usr/local/share/doc/xfce4-panel-profiles
install: cannot stat 'README': No such file or directory
make: *** [Makefile:59: install] Error 1

Apparently the file has been renamed to README.md but the Makefile still expects README.
