(feature request) keep notifications on screen when idle
This is identical to what GNOME does. When a notification is fired, it is not automatically dismissed until the user performs some form of input (e.g. move cursor, press key). As soon as they interact with the desktop, the countdown for automatic dismissal begins.
The intention is to ensure the user knows at a glance whether they missed a notification while they were away.
This could be implemented as an optional feature.
