Add notification position "top center" to support ultra-wide monitor experience

When using an ultra-wide monitor, the notifications almost never catch my attention. There are currently only four supported locations (https://gitlab.xfce.org/apps/xfce4-notifyd/-/blob/master/xfce4-notifyd/xfce-notify-daemon.c#L772). Please add support for notifications from the top.
