Xfce4-notifyd not autostarting outside of Xfce session

As of the recent change in 0.6.2, xfce4-notifyd doesn't start outside of an Xfce session if built with the default "regular session startup" option.

The line with ShowOnlyIn=XFCE; in the xfce4-notifyd.desktop file seems to prevent it from being autostarted from inside the /etc/xdg/autostart directory. After I remove the ShowOnlyIn=XFCE line, it works again outside of an Xfce session (I use Openbox).

Is this considered a bug? I assume many people use xfce4-notifyd as a standalone notification daemon outside of Xfce.
