Opacity isn't set to 1 on notification hover (regression from 0.8.x)

I'm using xfce4-notifyd 0.9.2-2 (from Debian/testing), recently upgraded from 0.8.2 Previously, when setting an opacity, notifications were displayed with that opacity, and on hover, opacity was set to 1.

Is it possible to get this back? I really like notifications to be as less visible as possible, yet I need to see its content when possible, hence the base opacity of 25%.
