Can not connect to dictd server over IPv6

I have an error "Could not connect to server" when server is bound to IPv6 address (address_family 6 in dictd.cont). Gnome dictionary, GoldenDict and dict console client are working as expected.

• Xfce4-dict version: 0.8.4 on Debian Bullseye and Manjaro
• didtd version: 1.13.0 on Debian Bullseye
