[Feature request] Text size change

>Type Word
>Press ctrl+ (or ctrl-)
>Text size doesn't change

I find the lack of this very basic usability feature to be laughable. I may be the only one who's tried this piece of software this decade so I'm not sure it's worth great effort if that's required.
