I tried xfBurn on 2 distros, Archcraft Openbox & Manjaro Gnome (both up to date) & it was the same problem.
I tried another app (Brasero) & was able to burn a disc, however Brasero has some other bugs which led me to delete it. I only mention this as evidence that the device is functional. I was also able to burn a CD on my wife Win11 computer using the same device.
I'm currently using xfBurn on Archcraft.

This is the warning I see in the documentation for each:

I am not familiar with the GDK Threads API, so I am unsure what a fix for these deprecation warnings would look like.

Hello, I'd like to have these (or similar) commandline options:
--uncheck-eject
To uncheck the auto eject checkbox on the GUI (so that I don't have to uncheck it by hand every time)
--autostart[=seconds]
To make xfburn start the operation selected on commandline automatically (optionally after waiting for the provided amount of time if there's no relevant GUI activity) (so that I don't have to manually click the OK button every time)
these commandline options make sense at least when --burn-image is provided as well.
Thank you for providing xfburn, and thank you in advance for considering these features.https://gitlab.xfce.org/apps/xfburn/-/issues/21Burned CD/DVD isn't identical to original ISO file2023-03-06T04:35:41ZBugzilla MigrationBurned CD/DVD isn't identical to original ISO file## Submitted by Alexey

## Description
It would be nice if it would be possible to burn Video DVDs from a Video DVD filesystem like the "New Video DVD Project" in K3b. Just creating such a Video DVD as a Data DVD doesn't work.
If a Video DVD is authored with Q DVD-Author, the filesystem of this Video DVD with its directories AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS and their contents are created.
With K3b it's possible to create a new Video DVD project and just pull the files of AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS to the project and burn a Video DVD.
With Xfburn it is generally possible to write a DVD image on the disc, but this needs an additional step before, which takes unnecessarily additional time.
So it would be nice if such a Video DVD project could be implemented in Xfburn. I don't mean, that Xfburn shall be able to author a Video DVD. There are already pretty good tools for this purpose.
