GIF file not displayed in Ristretto 0.10.0

The attached GIF file HPP_BackgroundFull.gif does not show in version 0.10.0 of Ristretto.

However, the content seems to be detected as GIF:

No error is displayed in Ristretto, it is just blank:

I opened the same file with EOG and GwenView and it worked well.
